Pearl of Wisdom
Ali (AS) used to say: 'I would rather be snatched away by a bird of prey than to attribute a word to the Messenger of Allah (SAWA) that he had not said. I have heard the Messenger of Allah say on the day of the Battle of the Trenches (khandaq) that war is trickery, and he used to say: 'Say whatever you wish to say.'
