Question : #338 Category: Wudhu / Ghusal
Subject: touching during state of junub
Question: if i had ghusl janabat n my partner didnt so if i touched him or her then can i read namaaz or do i need to take ghusl again
Answer: If you are touched by someone who has not completed their obligatory bath/Ghusal Janabat, it not not required for you to re-perform the Ghusal as you have not entered into a state of junub/impurity.

The only restrictions the junub/impure person has is:

1. To touch with any part of ones body the script of the holy Quran or the Name of Almighty Allah in whichever language it may be.

2. Entering Masjidul Haraam or Masjidun Nabi.

3. To stay or halt in all other Masjids, and similarly, on the basis of obligatory precaution, to stay in the shrines of the holy Imams.

4. To enter a mosque with an intention of lifting away something or placingsomething in it.

5. To recite those verses of the holy Quran on the recitation of which performanceof Sajdah becomes obligatory. These verses occur in four surahs:
- 32:15
- 41:38
- 53:62
- 96:19
