al-Washa' narrates from one of the companions of Imam al-Sadiq (AS) that he (AS) said:, 'Verily we are very patient and our shi?a are even more patient than us.' His companion asked, may I be your ransom, how can your shi?a be more patient than yourselves?' He replied, 'Because we are patient in what we already have knowledge of, whereas our shi?a are patient in spite of not knowing.'
