Question:	Salam aleikum Does a wife need permission from husband to complete her make up fasts pending from Ramadan? Is permission for fasting required for mustahab fasts?
Answer:	Alaykum Salaam, Obligatory fasts are to be completed regardless of husband's approval.

Follow Up Question:	do we need permission as to when to make up (timing)? what if husband asks that you delay? Is it haram/makruh to delay making up ramadan days fasting. If it is done straight after eid, is that better?
