Pearl of Wisdom

'Allah, glory be to Him, ordered His servants by choice and forbade them by warning. He made duties easy and did not order hard duties. For a little He gives plenty, He is not defeatingly disobeyed nor is He obeyed by force. He did not send prophets playfully, nor did He reveal the Book to creation in amusement. He did not create the Heavens and the earth in vain: That is a conjecture of the faithless. So woe to the faithless for the Fire!?

Question : #724 Category: Ahl ul Bayt / Imams
Subject: proper ediqueete
Question: Salaam Alaikum,

I wish to speak to the Infalliables (AS) to act as my intercessor. In doing so, how do I convey my utmost respect to them when asking for this special favour? Lastly, can I make a promise to them in exchange for their intercession? If so, what would you consider based only on your opinion to be a noble exchange for such a favour bestowed upon me?

Many thanks,

Arif
Answer: Alaykum Salaam,

A sincere supplication will surely be accepted by Allah, and in your instance, I recommend Al-Sahifat al-Sajjadiyya (The Psalms of Islam) for the best of supplications for your niyats
