Question:	salaam when we want something and do dua , would it help our dua to be accepted if we fast ?
Answer:	Salam Alaykum For our dua to be accepted we must make sure we maintain piety within ourselves and yes making a nadhr or pledge with Allah (that if i receive this dua i will fast this many days) does help your dua getting answered With Prayers
