Pearl of Wisdom

with regard to Allah's verse in the Qur'an: They fulfil their vows , said, 'al-Hasan and al-Husayn became sick when they were young children, so the Prophet (SAWA) visited them and there were two men with him. One of the two men said [to Imam ?Ali], ?O Abu al-Hasan, why don't you make a vow for your two children for Allah to cure them.' He said, 'I will fast for three days in thanks to Allah Almighty. Fatima also said the same, and so did their servant Fidda. Allah Almighty covered them with good health, and so they fasted the next day.'

Answer: Salaam Alaykum,

Im not sure if I have understood your question completly, but I will try my best to answer it.

Given there was no agreement with the Information Technology department about such restrictions, then one may proceed to view those websites.

There are a few ways of managing this - either you tell the supervisors of your intentions to view these Islamic websites and try to get approval.

Regardless of the internet being expensive at home, if the company does not allow such use of their internet then its important to respect that.

Deleting the files already downloaded is not required, as again, you havent broken any laws that you were aware off.
