'Ibn Khuli came to him (SAWA) with a bowl of honey and milk, and he refused to drink it, saying, 'Two drinks in one meal, and two bowls in one bowl?!' So, he refused to drink it, and he then said, 'I do not prohibit it, but I hate pride, and having to account for the extravagances of this world tomorrow, and I love humbleness, for he who is humble for Allah, Allah will elevate him.'

Question:	I know a muslim person who is cheating the government through dole payments and similar. Is it good for me to inform the govt. or shouldn't I?
