Subject:	looking at opposite gender
Question:	I know it is haram for a man to look at a women with evil thoughts and for awomen to look at a man with evil thoughts but what if the women is not looking at the man but the man is looking at her would the women get a sintoo even if she is wearing a proper hijab?
Answer:	If she is wearing proper Hijab and not exposing herself in front of non Mahram man, then the man who is looking with evil intention is the sinner.
