Question:	My stepmother who is having no kids of her own has some property on her name, Can she give her property to her nephew etc? Kids of her husband wont get any share out of her property?
Answer:	Your stepmother is free to gift her property to whom she wants. You and your brothers and sisters are not entitled to any share from her property after her death. If your father is alive when she passes away, then he will be entitled for his share from her
