Question:	Can a spouse of a person do fingering/rubbing of private parts of their respective partner(s) for sexual pleasure, and ejeculate out their sperms/eggs before/without having complete intercourse? What is the ruling of ejeculating out sperms/eggs by partner's hands without having intercourse according to the Holy Qura'n and Sunnah?
